Dr. Regina S. Druz

Regina Druz Profile

My vision is high-quality healthcare that is accessible, equitable, and inclusive. My mission is to create, sustain and scale value-based practice of medicine using advanced data analytics, digital health technology, and virtual care models.”

Dr. Regina Druz is an excellent cardiologist, and she treats her patients with the latest technology and compassion. Being a patient herself, she fully understands that not only does a disease causes physical discomfort but it also disrupts the mental state of a person. Therefore, she pays close attention to each patient, and she ensures they are comfortable both physically and mentally.

Specialization

Dr. Regina Druz specializes in preventive cardiology and Functional Medicine. In the more mainstream approach to cardiology, she carries out procedures like Echocardiogram and Stress Testing; however, in Functional Medicine, she addresses the root cause of heart issues and provides appropriate treatment. After falling sick herself, she realized that modern medicine is effective, but not for everyone, that is why she established her own business of functional medicine.

Fortunately, I discovered functional medicine and became one of the few traditionally trained cardiologists using functional medicine principles in practice. I healed myself and changed the trajectory of my health, and the health of my family and friends. Every day, I am honored to offer patients, frustrated by never-ending rounds of medications and procedures, a chance to find the root causes of their illness, and embark on a path to wellness and vitality. This is not about drugs vs. supplements, Paleo vs. high-fat diet, or anything else but YOU. You hold the keys that open the doors to your health. Myself, and my wonderful colleagues, are your guides on this journey.”

Dr. Maurice Varon

Maurice Varon Profile

When we were moving, my wife and I found a grade school yearbook, and in it, one of the things was the things you wanted to do, so what do you want to be when to grow up? and I actually put in there that I wanted to be a surgeon, which really surprise me, but I’d still have that to this day, so I was thinking about it very young apparently. But my real interest in going into medicine came later in life, but it wasn’t really just about so much helping people, it was actually the ability to affect people’s lives, the ability to do something useful for people.”

Dr. Maurice Varon is an extremely skilled cardiologist, and in the year 2013, he saw 60,000 patients, which is an astounding feat in itself. He puts the goals of his patients first and foremost, and then, carries out treatment around his patients’ needs. He also sees his patients as whole people, not just a diseased organs, this allows him to bond with his patients. Dr. Varon also pays close attention to the comfort of his patients during a procedure.

Specialization

Dr. Maurice Varon specializes in General Cardiology. He provides diagnosis and personalized treatment options for his patients. He possesses extensive experience with diagnosis technology such as ambulatory monitoring, echocardiography, stress testing, nuclear testing, Cardiac CT, and MRI. Moreover, he also treats patients with coronary disease, arrhythmias, pacemakers, congestive heart failure, congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease, and lipid abnormalities. All of his procedures are non-invasive as well.

In cardiology, you have the opportunity to really make changes and to alter the path of a disease process, and it changes people’s lives dramatically, I think, and that’s got me just better and better, as time goes by the technology has been explosive, it’s exciting, it’s not a day goes by where I don’t learn something while I am seeing patients, not a day goes by when I don’t find something really fascinating, and I am just glad I am doing what I do, it is a pleasure.”
